They will try and do whatever it takes to not pay you. Always declining pay for activities that we should be getting automatically. It should be illegal to conduct any business and not get paid for it such as pre/post trips waiting for paperwork and meetings about the day to day. Stand your ground and state your limits it’s the only way you will make it here the ones who doing and let them run you over don’t last. Slip seating is terrible and ever since Shelly took over our equipment fails have sky rocketed. We haven’t got a deal raise in years. They just shuffle money around to make it appear as a raise while they take away other things like the use of tolls after 7pm an no tolls on weekends. The high turn over of TMs is annoying because here in the Haslet office were constantly dealing with new people who get pushed around by upper management to basically try and get over on USA they can increase they’re bonuses. Marco is heartless which seems to be the only way to get promoted around here.

Don't take on extra work and expect to be compensated fairly. Their Promotional structure is rigid, you can't move up faster because of your performance.
