As someone else so eloquently stated racism and favoritism is tolerated as part of the culture. I resigned today because of this. Sadly those affected talk and joke about it n acceptance among themselves yet have no desire to either conspire to improve the situation or seek help from upper management. I reached out to upper management 90 days ago because of this and immediately my problems were addressed and rectified.

Dont ignore these warnings this is a horrible place to work. If you are a college student they are lying to you. This is a dead end job no management or room for growth. The company is not hiring because they are growing they are hiring because everyone quits they have a full time person just to train people. Go look at the good reviews and notice they are all vague and the same. Nobody that works here likes it. Average turnover is 6 months for a reason. Horrible management that puts the company needs before everything. You will be working nights, weekends, and 10 or 12 hour shifts. You will have zero say in your shift no matter how it affects your life and good luck taking off with 12 days of pto a year. The position is a lie you are a dispatcher not a manager. You will be treated like dirt by drivers, managers, and the company. They could not make it more clear they do not care about you they use new people to fill the worst positions until you quit (which you will).
