- Lack of training/structure - Miscommunication between depts - Understaffed - Lack of work/life balance - Poor PTO policy - Not very inclusive

Good pay, 401k match, opportunities to move up

Cons

They will suck you in with good pay and benefits and extra pay while you’re training but as soon as you become salaried you have to work weekends, holidays (you don’t get paid extra for working either btw) and it’s practically impossible to take a day off. I work in a small office and I have to practically beg to get a day off to go to the doctor, court, etc. or do normal life things that come up.
