This has turned into an entry level company. You will be underpaid with a lot of things like ‘hot dog day’ to try to amp you up instead of actual paid rewards. There’s no value put into experience here. They prefer younger people that will take less money and work around the clock especially in ICS. It’s to the point it’s probably considered age discrimination. They will give you a low salary and try to sell their bonus plan but aside from this year it has not paid out for a very long time. You will get money in ICS for monthly incentives but it’s small and still not going to make up for a low salary. Raises are 1-2% unless you are friends or related to a VP or up you have a very small chance of being promoted. It’s also an unprofessional environment with how people reply to emails and talk to you in person as well. Harassment type comments are seen as jokes. Especially from the sales team. Don’t work here unless you have no other option or need some experience on your resume but have a plan to move on, and know you’ll hate it while your here. Good luck!
