Pros
The whole supply chain department is wonderful. Everyone was really kind and generally good at their jobs. The leadership was thoughtful. The work was potentially interesting but I struggled to see feel like I was making an impact in the large organization
Cons
Their tech stack is still in it's infancy. They were using their dashboarding tool for transformation, which was pretty haphazard at times. I've heard that they have begun to stand up a data warehouse so it should be getting better.
