      A Great Store to Work For

      Pros

      Free outfit when hired, supportive higher-ups, focus on product knowledge so you know and are excited about the product, a great brand that attracts cool employees, even store stylists are well informed/involved about what changes the company makes, client-focused company. I even had the chance to create a presentation to try and advocate for the type of items our store received thanks to my supportive supervisor.

      Cons

      When I worked at J.Crew the pay was a little low but I also should have done a better job at asking for more.

      My managers and co-workers were very kind and you get a great employee discount (40% in 2021)

      Cons

      Out of no where they would drop your hours down to 4 hours a week.
