Pros
The discounts available to employees are awesome and it's great having first access to new style or new sales. It was fun learning more about the company and its particular style. Good sales experience!
Cons
Very hard to get a normal schedule or enough hours, lack of structure, poor training/communications and overly high expectations. Very strict dress code that was slightly ambiguous, making it difficult to live up to their standards.
