Pros

Discount on clothes, flexibility of evenings/weekends which works for students whose schedules vary semester to semester - my store also had AWESOME employees which made for a great culture.

Cons

Required to wear things that are in-season, something that looks like the current collection - it can be really boring to close

Pros

Flexible hours, worked around my school schedule, paid training program, managers were very nice and easy to get along with, everyone was very friendly. overall great workplace. There was also a great discount for employees that was great during the holidays. The work environment was very energetic and fun, full of clothes lovers and fashionistas!

Cons

Could be higher paid for those in school and need extra money.
