Pros

* Good work environment. * The pay is actually pretty good. * Opportunities to grow within the business.

Cons

* Sometimes if you don't ask questions (if you want to grow) you won't be taught. If you want it, go get it. * If you are not a well rounded employee, i.e. cashier, stock, merch, support, you will not get hours and make sure your availability is as open as possible.

Great employee discounts and a very easy going environment. The management is also phenomenal.

Cons

The fast paced retail environment can be a little stressful if you're not into sales. The pay is also awful, but thats what happens when you work for retail. Not many opportunities to move up.
