      Pros

      Best co-workers, sophisticated clientele, great work atmosphere, competitive pay, strong benefits and employee discounts. J.Crew has been a great brand to work for and I would love to continue working here part-time if I didn't land a full-time job elsewhere. You learn the ins and outs of the retail and a chic fashion retailer. Good about giving raises after certain time period.

      Cons

      Not really many negatives to talk about. Some upper management can be stiff and strict but that all depends on the individual store.

      -Good employee discount -Company that really cares about customer service -Fun environment -Managers seem to really care about their jobs -Not too difficult -Good clothes, it's easy to be excited about what you are selling

      Cons

      -Black Friday -Low pay -On call shifts -Hours are very easily cut if the store isn't doing well -A lot of silly rules -- dress code, etc.
