Pros

Laid-back culture Generous discount Great benefits Great location

Cons

No room for growth There is no one to turn to if you're having problems with bad management (HR is no help) Not much emphasis put on managers having people skills Not very diverse For a company that is doing so well, they don't pay competitively

Pros

The pros I would say are the extremely flexible hours and management is very flexible... I sometimes wonder if management is too leaniate sometimes. The employee discount is excellent, and it is a fun working environment.

Cons

The cons would be that the pay is poor. I am considered a "sales support" associate, so I have one base hourly pay and do not receive commission. The personal shoppers or recently changed to "very personal stylists" are sometimes held on a pedestal.
