Pros

Good pay. Good management that isn't too strict. Fun people and clothes. Good for people with social skills. Decent chances of promotion if you fit the look and personality of the company.

Cons

Very image conscious. High employee turnover. Recent focus on lower pay and lower customer service than in years past. Few full-time positions. Too much socialization within the company leading to cliques, including management. Too much fraternization between management and employees.

Pros

Fashion forward, even cutting edge in the high end fashion world. You buy into the company. You value the product and respect the brand. Incentive structure was fair. Never struggled with life balance.

Cons

Window visuals were sometimes over the top. Dress code was difficult to maintain since what we wore had to be current.
