Pros

Interesting (most of the time), friendly, and stylish coworkers; excellent discount program; short shifts

Cons

Expected 100% selfless service to customer without any substantial commission rewarded; low, low, low hourly wages; scheduling sales staff is never consistent; on calls are extremely selfish of company and inconvenient to employees; dress code is fairly stringent (no denim jackets with pants!?); sometimes ridiculous chats with assistant manager about selling cost (amount you sold vs. amount company paid you)
