Pros

Love the people, The clothing, The laid back feel of J. Crew, Work is FUN! Working with people who are all from different places, ethnicities, backgrounds really makes you feel comfortable and not out of place at all.

Cons

little to no pay! discouraging that there will never be a chance to excel within the company, i feel this is the reason that most employees leave after a short amount of time. Sales Associates should be rewarded for their major accomplishments.

Pros

The atmosphere was great and everyone had a really good attitude. Compared to what I've heard about their other stores, we had little competition between associates for customers.

Cons

They give you odd hours, and not many of them at that. On top of that, its hard to work in additional jobs because of the hours.

great discount, awesome quality of the product so you're selling a product that you really love, variety of clientele, friendly managers, high standards of customer service and product displays

Cons

not enough hours, overnight work, the environment can sometimes be competitive because some workers are on commission and some are not
