Pros

Great clothes and wonderful discount especially on sale items. Good vacation time.

Cons

Impossible to reach sales goals for store which is discouraging. Scheduling around personal life (i.e. school, special occasions) very difficult since schedules were scheduled week to week even for management- this may be different at different stores. Impossible to take sick time if actually sick.

Pros

The employee discount is fantastic and the management staff is great at communicating goals and congratulating employees on their accomplishments. Part time staff are eligible for health benefits as well.

Cons

As with most part time retail jobs, the hours are not always consistent. Employees are also scheduled for on-call shifts.
