Pros

The employee discount was great. It was a fun place to work, depending on who the store manager was. The pay was really good when I started. I believe that, since that time, they've lowered the pay.

Cons

If you had a bad store manager, it literally affected the entire store. I didn't enjoy having to tell people when I was leaving the floor to go to the restroom. It felt a little like elementary school.

Pros

J.Crew is a great company to work for! They have opportunity to move up a lot within the call centers and the training really prepares you. You have the empowerment to make decisions without having to ask management always, which leaves you able to help your customer in the best way.

Cons

J.Crew's peak season can get a little insane.
