Pros

You get awesome discounts on high quality clothing! You get base salary plus commission!

Cons

You get awesome discounts on high quality clothing so you end up spending half your paycheck on it. Commission is actually 0.5%, so lets say you have a good shift and sell 2000 bucks in 4 hours (which almost never happens), only ten would go to you. Minus tax you end up with around 8.

Pros

-Good employee discount -Company that really cares about customer service -Fun environment -Managers seem to really care about their jobs -Not too difficult -Good clothes, it's easy to be excited about what you are selling

Cons

-Black Friday -Low pay -On call shifts -Hours are very easily cut if the store isn't doing well -A lot of silly rules -- dress code, etc.
