Pros

Some pros are once you get in, you can speak with your manager about changing departments and most often will get moved there if there is an opening.

Cons

Long work hours and very inflexible time off structure. If you miss a certain amount of days, even excused, you will be fired.

Pros

- Great clothing, if you understand materials and know what is worth the price.

Cons

- Negative environment and horrible HR reps who do not have their employees safety or security in mind. - Vapid employees sit in all areas of the company, mostly at District Management level. They offer no support, constantly telling you numbers aren't high enough but figure out a way to get it done!
