Pros

Generous discounts are offered Most associates are friendly and management helpful The company makes an effort to make styling easy to understand

Cons

The training process was rushed; learn as you go Difficult to advance... it's all about timing Management didn't seem to be on the same page Trying to stay dressed in current pieces is difficult because items are too expensive, even with the discount

Pros

Discount was probably the best

Cons

Didn't like working here. Pay was terrible. No opportunity for growth. Hours all over the place. Management was sketchy and formed a barrier between themselves and us.

Pros

Great corporate discounts, it started out as a fun friendly lively place to work, but as the company went public, the quality of their goods dropped, and the standards of their management took a dive as well.

Cons

Regional team management 'played favourites.' No scope for corporate mobility or advancing careers within the company. I worked with the company throughout my college education and repeatedly inquired about internships and higher level positions to no avail.
