Pros

The brand is cool and every sales associate will get free outfits for work. It was a good place to work part time while studying.

Cons

Working hours were not great, the store closes at 8pm but the last shift has two hours of folding to do afterwards.

Pros

-Great discounts on items in store (50-60% discounts) -Company offers free meals during Holiday seasons -Flexible work hours -The store is usually not that busy

Cons

-Disorganized, each manager will tell you different things every shift -Sale quotes to meet every hour, and during quiet times throughout the day, meeting sales is impossible/unlikely -If you can't meet your sale quotes, the managers won't give you shifts -Managers are usually very helpful and nice, but you will have a few bad apples who are just tedious to work with -Coworkers will steal sales in order to meet their sale goals -Managers will cut your shifts short if the store isn't busy
