Pros

Great atmosphere. Informative meetings about seasonal trends and company updates. Brilliant discounts for employees. Supportive management (oftentimes they brought snacks to share).

Cons

Hectic schedule for part-time employees. No pay for on-call days. Cut hours due to slow sales days. Quality depreciation made it more challenging for customers to buy/keep the merchandise and harder to hit sales goals.
