Pros
Some extremely talented people work here... each and every person's voice can be heard - whether by your supervisor or by Mickey Drexler. Each person can make a difference and the people who make a difference are recognized and applauded. Great team and group of people. Of course every day is not perfect but it is what you make of it. People are supported... not cut throat like at other fashion companies.
Cons
Some people in top positions are pretty clueless... it is difficult for their supervisors or for Mickey to know the truth about them. Eventually the worst ones are usually found out and end up leaving. But they held alot of people and the company back.
