Overreaching goals and overly aggressive mgmt

Pros

-Good discount -Good associates as coworkers -Nice clothes

Cons

Management doesn't seem to staff the store properly and there are so little hours to be given and a large staff that needs hours. Mgmt also seems overly aggressive in trying to get their sales associates to make a high volume of sales (which if you don't make, your hours get slashed). The only people who get hours are management and stylists. Hours are far and few between despite having decent sales.

Pros

Great, upbeat environment with friendly coworkers and managerial staff. Starting salary reflects on your previous experience. Also, I am just a big fan of the clothes - you get a generous discount.

Cons

As I work in a fairly low volume store in a fairly quiet mall, I work about four measly hours a week. I would appreciate more, obviously.

Pros

Great discounts, getting to interact with customers and styling customers, amazing clothes and a story behind every piece

Cons

Hours, pressure to sell or else you have little hours if you don't produce enough sales :'(
