Pros
The managers I worked with were nice and willing to work with your schedule. The company also offered a good employee discount and gave rewards for good sales and other accomplishments.
Cons
I worked at a small store, so during off seasons most of my hours were "on call". Hence, you do not have guaranteed work hours.
