Pros

discount is pretty decent. Work with fun people. Dealing with customer's is fun if you're good at it. The company is good at giving you time off if you need.

Cons

managers are lazy and talk crap about employees behind their backs. My very first day of work, one of my manager's burst into the back room talking horribly about a customer. d

Pros

The discount is amazing and the company provides you with a lot of interesting product information. Commission is also a definite perk.

Cons

The management team is pretty lax in terms of helping associate meet their selling cost goals. It's also difficult to meet selling goals when total store sales are declining.

Pros

A few reasons to work for J Crew are the staff. They're fun and still getting the work done. A very diverse staff. Everyone seems loyal and friendly.

Cons

The only downside is when they schedule you for oncalls. I would rather the company to schedule accordingly. Everything else is cool.
