Great discount, fun-loving staff/colleagues, young managers, good hours/work & life balance, good pay, part-time associates are elligible for benefits

Cons

Corporate management sometimes has unrealistic expectations of sales produced in this slow economy. Sales goals for associates and the store remain largely the same, even with less people shopping and spending money.

Pros

Management is lenient with taking time off and flexible with school schedules. Everyone there is friendly and it's a great environment to work at, especially when it comes to retail.

Cons

You're only limited to 30 hrs per week because they hire so many people. Job can be stressful during the holidays, otherwise it's ok.
