      Pros

      Great environment. Fun intelligent staff. Cross trained on all aspects of the store. Great benefits. Wonfderful discount

      Cons

      With the exception og 4 managers the store was entirely run with part timeres, as a result lots of turnerover.Poor communication between upper management (corporate) and in store management, Very minimal increases in pay.

      Great, up-beat work environment that was really fast paced Really good discounts on clothing and accessories through employment Friendly managers and many of the other associates went to college in the area Easy commute to the mall

      Pay was very low and "commission" wasn't enough to even be called that (.05%) Men's section usually only had one associate working so very fast paced Parking at the mall is hard, especially during rush hours Managers are sometimes hard to get along with, but overall they were friendly
