Pros

Commission-based which was nice. You basically made up what you lost in taxes. The staff discount was really nice and there are special employee offers.

Cons

Since it was commission-based, it was annoying to have to constantly bug customers. Was really boring sometimes.

Pros

Pay scales with tenure and sales (partially commission based). A good seller will make more and will progress through the company faster.

Cons

Management was unhelpful, occasionally downright rude. No official training period. Job was tedious, as guests were extremely rude on occasion and often left massive messes to be cleaned by one person.
