Pros

Business Ownership Vacation time Company Discount Visibility to CEO Ability to change things quickly

Cons

Absolutely no career development. Very little feedback. Limited long term career path. High pressure meetings. Some top management did not treat you with respect. Staffing and overall tone at Company highly favored the Merchandising teams and all over areas where on the "B Squad"

Pros

Being able to provide great customer service. Employees have the opportunity to be the best.

Cons

My attempts to run an effective business were rejected. Had to accommodate for feelings rather than business needs.

Pros

2 weeks vacation, discount is amazing, fun to install creatives, decent pay for college workers, great retail experience, tons of room for evolution in the company, successful retailer, great co-workers, amazingly talented management

Cons

People in corporate really don't care about who you are, or what your name is, regardless of the amount of times you may meet then/work along side them. In which case, it is really difficult to move up to corporate as a merchandiser.
