J.Crew was the perfect summer gig before starting college. Not only did it allow me to earn some much-needed cash, but it also helped me develop valuable skills like customer service, teamwork, and communication – skills I still use every day. Plus, the people there were amazing! It was such a fun and supportive environment, and I made some great friends along the way. It really solidified the importance of a positive and collaborative workplace for me.
