Pros

Good place to start your working experience.

Cons

the company use to be a great place to work but with all those changes lately resemble more Walmart then a hight fashion brand. They hire people only as part time and then they give them 39 hours.

Pros

You will generate some income

Cons

Pay for position and expectations is extremely low; All positions manage at least one level down; Building is constantly "on fire"; Everything is at all times the priority; Zero opportunity to make change; People are treated like cogs in a wheel instead of human beings; Everyone is talking behind everyone's back all the time; Systems are broken; Upper Management creates and appears to almost encourage an environment where people are micromanaged, creativity is stifled; necessary change is stopped or disregarded. A "get 'em" culture - meaning that when Leaders are asked to speak up and they do, they are then targeted for speaking up.
