Pros

At the store level, a great team means a really positive work environment! Excellent discount.

Cons

Recently, there was an extremely abrupt management restructuring that left many full time employees either without jobs or greatly reduced hours as well as pay. Upper management made it VERY clear to those of us on the store level that they did not care about their employees at all. All they care about is the bottom line. To add insult to injury, right after this happened, corporate management released a bunch of jargon about how important the employees were to the company- YEAH RIGHT. It's incredibly sad because this is a company that has people who are extremely passionate about the brand and have the potential to act as amazing ambassador but upper management does not care.

Pros

Great discount and decent benefits

Cons

As the current regime restructures, job security is unreliable. Expecting more with less resources
