Great ppl great place to work - modern tech stack - good team leads - new CEO/CTO - beautiful HQ in WTC - good work/flex - summer hours on Fri - maternity/paternity leaves I learned more here in 1yr than 5yrs+ at any big firm. JCrew has really modernize it's tech stack, and really stacks up to some of the hot start ups or big firms. And pay here is equal if not better. Many retailers got destroyed during 2020 covid19 yr, JCrew survived and has quickly recovered. It's still in midst of reclaiming hey days of glory with new designs and reworking it's story line to reconnect customers.
Cons
- during peak times like prep for Black Fridays 8 weeks before, hours can be a bit long, but this is made up for with Summer Fri, and extra week off during Xmas week; otherwise avg work week is very reasonable; Black Friday is biggest event for entire yr for all retailers, so that's expected.
