Exciting passionate people. Good perks and exciting product! Fairly innovative in terms of retail landscape. Learn lots about product knowledge.

Cons

Lots of miscommunication from upper management, favouritism and nepotism. Could work better in terms of management and associate communication. Sometimes lacks hours so part time associates suffer.

The store that I work at has a great work environment (management is awesome) and clothing. Customers are generally nice and don't complain often.

Cons

Upper management stretches their employees thin. Employees her have much more responsibility than most other retailers while getting less pay.

Very mean to employees, and do not like to hear the opinions of the employees that work for the company. Also their is not a great work and personal life balance.
