Great training program, many advancement opportunities and the company culture is fun, casual and relaxed. The team leads are experienced and take pride in their teams success.

Cons

The company seems to be growing so fast, we are always trying to find new people to fill training classes. *Not much of a CON :0

Flexible schedule Great culture, lots of freedom to deal with issues as you see fit rather than overbearing micromanagement Supervisors and team leads are the best I've ever worked for and will do absolutely anything within their power for you.

Cons

Very poor pay. No merit-based incentives to speak of, so 3/4 of your coworkers do not care about doing their job. 2-3 month wait times for customers for issues that cannot be handled in-house means you're explaining to them that you cannot help them twice a week, and they just keep calling. You are working hard nonstop from clock in to clock out. If you are not on Break, you are working. Period.
