Pros

Great culture and environment to work. The Management team actually LISTENS TO AND CARES about their employees unlike other places I have worked for. The pay is competitive and there is room for advancement for good people.

Cons

The pay for Customer Service is lower but you can advance quickly if you work hard. I heard there is a plan to move to an incentive based pay which should help.

Pros

Pretty straight forward job. Not difficult to understand how to solve customers issues. They give out gift cards and stuff once a month but the chances of winning is really slim.

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all. For the amount of work you do its just not worth it. Guaranteed to work Saturday and Sunday, you will get off at least 10 minutes late 80% of the time and the pace is go go go. If you are a good employee with above average stats like call time, wrap up, ect. you still get paid the same amount as the people with poor stats.

Pros

Decent management that left you alone if you hit numbers. They were pretty soft as long as dips in numbers weren't consecutive. They had plenty of parking, which was nice.

Cons

No restaurants near for lunch. Not that you'd have time anyway. Pay is low. Next to no benefits. Jobs is extremely repetitive
