Pros

The company provides good experience for someone starting out in the tech field. Lots of openings available as well as opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Long hours, required overtime, rude customers, high Quality Assurance expectations, inconsistent training, repetitive work. Not many long term job opportunites

Pros

Plenty of phone time to show future employers that you can communicate with their customers. A little administrative work to do which kept me interested.

Cons

If you agree to go on nights.... You better plan on being on it until you leave the company. Some of their policies are just ridiculous.

Pros

This company is really nice to work with, and are always willing to cater to their employees. They also are willing to continuously teach something to their employees until they have it down pat without hesitation. Overall good environment and excellent management team, also the CEO is always in view and social, so you actually feel like you're working for a company that cares rather than for a guy who just wants to make money.

Cons

The pay isn't bad when you are coming from a low wage type of job but then you quickly realize that maybe you should be getting paid a little more for what you do, but with the type of environment that you're in it's really hard to complain about pay anyways since they're very chill. So it really becomes a thing about trading up a few extra dollars for a nice environment where you rarely hate your job.
