Pros

Owner was personable and engaged with the company. Staff worked hard to determine the type of environment that they would be involved in daily.

Cons

Salaries were sub par to other competitors of like or same size. Can be cliquish in regards to real decision making.

Pros

Very relaxed work environment. I have worked in many call centers and they are always very strict with the rules and make your life miserable. Its just call after call after call. That's not the case at J-Curve. The management team is actively engaged with you in trying to keep it a fun work environment.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive. This is a great job for college students who don't have a lot of bills. Working on the technical support side you do get a pay raise that is competitive with other call centers in the area, but the relaxed environment more than makes up for the slightly lower pay

Pros

Fun atmosphere, employees smile and have a good time while providing excellent customer service. Managers and team leaders help employees be successful. Not sure why anyone would give this place a poor review.

Cons

Pay could be more competitive, but culture makes up for earning a little less.
