      Very decentralized, so it is hard to accomplish goals when all the stakeholders have different objectives than corporate.

      Pros

      Encourage work-life balance. They focus on safety, community involvement, and environmental issues. Compensation is reasonable and potential to gain bonus is decent.

      Cons

      No feedback on performance, negative or positive. Too many long time employees who underperform are allowed to continue unabated. Disconnect between HR and management.
