      Pros

      Good Benefits, Stable Company, Good Pay, Mostly Good People in hourly staff, Plant Manager good to work with, Try to put good systems in place, however, complex.

      Cons

      No investment in people, not much room for promotions, overwork staff and management, Dirty Work environment, Need to evaluate realistic goals and adapt smart work environment for people. Recognize people that are good workers and award.
