Pros

-Managers trust employees to get the job done right -Initial compensation was above what other companies were offering at the time -High morale due to very low employee turnover -Fun company events, in times of cost-cutting -Flat organization so easy to acquire new skills and great for professional growth -Good work/life balance

Cons

-Need to ask for more compensation as experience grows, don't expect hand-outs -Vacation policy not on-par with industry -Sale and purchases of businesses not good for US based groups/corporation

Cares for their employees. Does what’s best for their employees. From the CEO to the plant management, they will do whatever they can to help their employees.

Cons

No challenges, upper management shares everything with their employees.

Pros

Great people to work with, company outings, benefits, and training / learning experience. Great place to work at, traveling for conferences are a lot of fun.

Cons

I can’t really think of any cons, great place to work at. Sometimes you may work longer hours but it’s common across all companies.
