Pros

There are some great people that work there.

Cons

Some of the leadership is very cliquish, a lot of politics, a lot of bureaucracy. A lot of talking about things, but often little action taken. Meetings to plan meetings. Although there are great people that work there, there are other people that no one knows how they keep their jobs. Sometimes people get moved into roles they have no business being in and then when they fail they may be fired or they may be paid to do nothing of any value. A lot of money spent on sales meetings, consultants, travel, etc. The culture in Atlanta is toxic. In many ways the company is cheap.
