The PT store salespeople throughout the country are hardworking great people. The IT department is hardworking.

Cons

The home office management is awful. The management at a district level is subpar and seems to need training on their interpersonal skills. There is no real HR department to discuss private issues. They are UNDERPAYING their PT employees. They do no not care if they are top sales people. In this market where there is a need for quality employees this is not a company I would recommend anyone apply. There are other retail stores paying more that offer a more professional environment and value top sales associates.
