Pros

Their are a lot of pros with this company..amazing teams, great wardrobe incentives, great hours for retail and some wonderful customers. It did not feel like work in the beginning before the realignment happened.

Cons

The "culture of kindness" is no more...at least for our district.

Working here was a great experience as a support associate but there are definitely cons here. No raise for employees that were hired outside of their circle. Taking advantage of people was a regular here.
