A wonderful place to work! Beautiful boutiques filled with gorgeous clothing and wonderful customers. Working here is an absolute pleasure as it has become my second home. I look forward to going in to my store every single day as I know it's going to be a great day. While we work hard, the rewards of having smiling customers and happy associates makes it all worth it!

Cons

We have smaller staffs as we are only open from 10-6 so occassionally you may have to work alone. This could present a challenge for those who may not be comfortable with multitasking and being by themselves with a store full of customers.

Great product, easy to sell, lovely and amazing customers. If they aren't loyal, they become loyal, because of how wonderful the clothes feel, fit and travel. We work as a team, and are rewarded as a team if we achieve goals. Company culture is supportive and respectful. Best retailer I have ever worked for.

Cons

I can't think of one reason why your wouldn't want to work for J.McLaughlin.
