Pros
J.McLaughlin is a fantastic place to work. The owners, corporate employees, retail employees, and upper management are all fantastic. I just read some of the other reviews and I feel those people were horrible employees? This is the most fair and honest company I have ever worked for. There is amazing growth potential (if you prove yourself). Our benefits are fantastic! My husband works for a large television network and we use my health insurance as it is better: J.McLaughlin is a lifestyle brand, and if you appreciate the lifestyle you will love working here. The company is expanding every month and it is exciting to be a part of a company that is growing so rapidly.
Cons
I honestly don't have any? Other than working weekends, but that is the nature of my job title, and retail in general. But if you work retail this is the best as the hours are very reasonable.
