      Pros

      I worked for the flagship store on Palm Beach Island and it was such a great learning experience. The women were working there before me were great role models and leaders that showed me the way to great customer service. The pay was $12 an hour and as a freshman in college, I was more than happy with that. They are great about hiring within and offered me a position in another city! Great atmosphere to work in, the team spirit was quite alive, and it was quality product which was just a perk.

      Pros

      Good pay and they pay 75% of health insurance premium and offer 401K. Family oriented business.

      Cons

      The only downside is that it being a small company there is not much chance of advancement.
