I worked for Chase Bank before and it's a good company. They do provide some great benefits for their employees.

Pros

benefits, engagement, CEO , the best work environment that i have joined so far . They treat everyone equally and respect LGBT community. they offer wide range of food in their pantry. They always update their people about their activities and they have a very good compensation. They always look for this certain employee to grow together witn the company.

Cons

There's nothing i could think of. Maybe they should offer more clubs to their employees to achieve work life balance environment
