Pros

Chase offers great benefits, Insurance 401 K, vac and personal days

Cons

There is a lot of shake up changes that are really unnecessary in the Card services world that create undue stress on the employees and really causes a large turn over in retention !

Pros

Great benefits Nice campus with cafeteria, lounge and other perks Ample vacation, sick and PTO time Overtime available on occasion Corporate discounts Good starting pay Lots of schedule options

Cons

Little opportunity for financial growth Training is long and ultimately not effective. Most of what you do you will have to learn on the job. Lots of favoritism Incompetent managers seemed to be common. Only about 50% of managers are trying to improve morale and promote a team environment. Recruitment staff flat out lies to applications. Promised promotion potential is grossly exaggerated. Little job security.
