Pros

Generally good culture & supportive management. Great benefits & company sponsored training available. Opportunities to push yourself whether within a role or through internal mobility.

Cons

Politics can be difficult to navigate. Work/life balance lacking in certain roles. Little transparency in compensation conversations & the longer you stay, the more your pay does not reflect market average.

Pros

Very diverse and easy to mingle with different personalities. I love getting to know my skip levels. They are very personable.

Cons

Can be hard to advance sometimes. You have consistently take your career into your own hands. Don't let anyone dictate your trajectory.
